Our promise
We treat guest information as part of the house — not something to sell. A booking, a WhatsApp note or a form on this site is used to look after your stay and to meet the law.
What we collect
- Name, phone and email — so we can confirm a room and reach you.
- Travel dates, room type and notes you send, such as extra beds or dietary needs.
- A government photo ID at check-in, as Indian hotel rules require for every adult guest.
How we use it
- To hold and change your reservation.
- To plan meals, rooms and pick-ups you asked for.
- To reply by call, email and WhatsApp.
- To keep a guest register as local rules require.
Who sees it
A booking may pass through a bank, a payment app or a driver or partner you asked us to call. We share the least we can for that job, and what a court or government office lawfully asks for.
Keeping it safe
Records are kept with the resort team, with limited staff access. If you think something has leaked, tell us the same day.
Your choices
Ask us to show, correct or remove a record that is no longer needed for a stay or for the law. ID copies are kept only as long as the register rules require. The enquiry forms on this site open WhatsApp with your message — nothing is stored on this website.
