Welcome
By booking, paying an advance or checking in, you agree to the terms on this page. If something is unclear, write to us before you travel.
Booking & payment
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance we asked for and send you a written confirmation.
- The balance is due before arrival or at check-in, as stated in your confirmation.
- We accept UPI, bank transfer and other methods shared at the time of booking.
- GST and other taxes are extra where they apply.
- Extra guests or extra beds need prior approval and may change the tariff.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel in writing by email or WhatsApp. Charges follow the cancellation terms stated in your booking confirmation, and are counted from the day we receive your written message. Peak-season and holiday dates may carry stricter terms, which we will state at the time of booking.
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in and check-out times are confirmed when you book.
- Every adult guest must show a government photo ID at the desk.
- Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability — ask us the evening before.
During your stay
- Please keep voices and music low at night so other guests and the forest can rest.
- Smoking is not allowed inside rooms; use the outdoor areas we point out.
- Damage to rooms, furniture or grounds is charged at repair cost.
- Children must be supervised near roads and the forest edge.
Dining
Meals at our restaurant follow the menu and timings shared at the house. Food bills may carry GST as applicable. Tell us about allergies or special diets when you book.
Liability
Walks, drives and activities outdoors are at your own risk. Keep valuables with you or in the room safe if one is provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures or third-party operators. We may update this page; the date at the foot is the version that applies to new bookings.
